Emma is a cartoonist interested in exploring deep-fried tropes, hyper-compressed imagery, and weird cartoon logic.

Her work pays homage to the rich history and tradition of animation while exploring its stranger, more contemporary possibilities. Her short films have screened at festivals and DIY events across the country.

Alongside her independent practice, she is an educator, teaching young artists accessible animation and filmmaking.

She is currently based between New York City and Los Angeles.
